By accessing or using QR Studio by Aedwon (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Acceptance of Terms. By using this Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance.
License Grant. Aedwon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QR Studio for generating QR codes for personal and commercial purposes. The QR codes you create are yours to use without restriction.
Restrictions. You may not:
- Copy, clone, fork, reproduce, or redistribute the QR Studio application or any portion of its source code;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
- Sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Service or access to it;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- Use the Service to generate QR codes containing malicious, harmful, or illegal content;
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service.
Intellectual Property. The QR Studio application, including but not limited to its design, user interface, source code, logos, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Aedwon. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
User-Generated Content. Any data, text, URLs, or images you input into the Service remain your property. Aedwon does not claim ownership of your content and does not access, store, or process it on any server.
Disclaimer of Warranties. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aedwon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Modifications to Terms. Aedwon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
